Many of you may have noticed increased activity from the Miniluv division of the Goonswarm Federation, in both high sec freighter ganking and mining executions(Fred Gank Video). This is part of a long term active campaign to shut down the trade routes of our enemies and those who will supply them, intentional or not. With the use of a new logging system we are able to keep tabs on any freighter moving around, regardless of cargo amount and standings. If you regularly move in and around trading hubs you will be flagged as a target and enemy of the Goonswarm Federation. We understand that many of you may be targets stuck in our cross-hairs for nothing more than trying to make an honest living moving some markable materials and for this we are sorry. We've been debating ways of trying to get around this and have come up with a basic white list system;
To get on the white list you must pay a security deposit, this is normally quite low and lasts a month at a time. For those not on the white list you may be heavily ransomed during the time of your gank- Only red freighters or those who are known suppliers of our reds will be executed in the future, subject to circumstances. If your alliance or corp is a member of the HBC you are not currently eligible for this white list- we may demand api's to ensure applicants are not red alts. This white list covers all Goon activities in high sec.

Rates;
Miners;
40m mining tax per month per ship. 300m for 10 pilots.
50m mining tax per month per orca. 125m for 3 pilots.
Freighters;
500m freighter tax per month per pilot.
Payments;
Payments can be made to "Seraphin Foad" (this character), please also send a mail to confirm with the names of the characters you want protected..
Alliance and Corps rates;
Subject to how many members you have and how many freighters you want protected, mail me for more information or discussion or rates. If we have freighters travelling that are not listed in the mail, they will not be covered. To update lists, mail me.

Additional Cover;
If you have applied for white list status but there has been some delay in getting your name on the board, you may be ransomed or ganked. So long as the mail confirming your security pre-dates the gank time you will be fully reimbursed in jita 4-4 with all items lost.

New pricing system will come into effect soon. I've been told that I'm being too easy on this, but I got my way with a new sign up deal, get the rates for the rest of the year if you sign up now. |

That's 0.0, this thread is about highsec. You have the wrong thread, there is a Goonswarm Federation post for anyone dissatisfied with their customer service, you should file a complaint there. If you were killed in high sec, then this would be the correct thread. If you want, in addition to selling you high sec security I can also sell you a leg or two to stand on?

Cause let's face it. This is a Mafia style 'insurance' policy. We don't harm you if you pay us, but your competition gets it kinda thing. Can dice the words up how ever you want, same thing.
I'm just saying.. cause you know, yeah. It's a pretty legit question.. for a very legit business. No effect on me other than curiousity of any type of legit response.. and the potential legit humor it may provide me.
This question is legit tho, as I'm sure your legit customer(s) would like to know as well. Especially given the pre-emptive rise in rates mentioned.
Yes it does look the same as the mafia style of going into a bar, breaking some bottles and demanding they may up. The only difference is we are much more interested in targeting certain links only, neutrals get caught up in our methods all the time. Naturally the leaders of our little group got together and decided if we could get some isk out of it and focus only the mission at hand. If this turns out to be a flop and no one wants to sign up, we'll just keep doing what we're doing and be all the happier for it. The killmails speak for themselves. But we do have a system that flags freighters pretty indiscriminately, based on their movement patterns, full or empty they die- it meets our needs so we are happy with it.
No we're not going to pay you for time wasted but if you can prove we burned collateral I might be persuaded to pay that if the contracts are legit. The only time an error will go down is if I'm offline or afk, so expect all compensation to be paid as soon as I'm back at the keyboard. My book keeping is second to none. (I doubt this will ever happen, since all the freighters that pass us are checked in our data base, so the chances of mistakes are really slim)
The rise in rates are not something I can discuss at this time, but I'm sure will be public knowledge soon if not already... Look out for future updates. |

One day I will be allowed to post what is actually happening and how it went down, until that day I'm going to keep it in my notepads and await a time when little goon boys and girls want to hear about how empire fell to the might of the Goonswarm Federation and their CFC allies.
What your saying there Bugsy is reasonably close. We aren't bored and you're right, we do honour this list. We don't fight the Marmite collective for anything, we just steal their loot when they kill war targets and let them rant and rave on the forums. I personally have stolen over 17b from them for self gratification. As for protection, it's true that we adopt a "mafia style" but we do actually protect some of these freighters going through, last week we saved a freighter we ransomed from being attacked by solar fleet after we turned it loose. Granted I'm not in a popular alliance, but i have a business (Graphics and consulting in eve, currently not accept public contracts) to uphold and will go out my way to ensure my reputation is untarnished.
You'll see why this is all taking place months maybe even a year from now, look back at it like the 100b+ scams of old, realise how insignificant it is and wish you were a goon just to be part of it. Until then, please spam your theories, I love to read them.

So... what are we at? 100+ freighters at least? and 13 JF's? SO FAR. Bet some people wish their was a white list to sign up for. Can't really fault you for not trusting me I guess, but that's a lot of dead freighters- most of them wont even get close to their money back from insurance. Well this service is set to run indefinitely and I get my monthly plex allotted so long as this thread remains active and up to date- which is it! Anyone wanting special deals, please go and mail me I'm sure we can work something out.
